Abstract
This article comprehensively analyzes modern methods of resolving international trade disputes. The legal and practical aspects of various approaches to resolving complex and cross-border commercial disputes arising in the context of global economic integration, such as national courts, international arbitration, mediation, and international commercial courts, are considered. The World Trade Organization's dispute resolution system and its current crisis situation, as well as alternative mechanisms, including the practice of IPIA and international commercial courts, were analyzed. The development of international arbitration and dispute resolution infrastructure in the context of Uzbekistan, the Tashkent International Arbitration Center, and the new legislative framework were also discussed. The role of digital technologies and online dispute resolution methods was also in the focus of special attention.
