Two significant dissertation defenses were successfully held under the chairmanship of Professor Said Gulyamov. Shoxnazar Ochilovich Bobokulov defended his doctoral (DSc) dissertation titled “Legal Regulation Issues of Land Use and Protection” in the specialty of Natural Resources Law, Agrarian Law, and Environmental Law (12.00.06). Additionally, Abdulloh Ubaydulloh Nishonov defended his Philosophy Doctor (PhD) dissertation on “Legal Aspects of Environmental Safety in Nuclear Energy Use” in the same specialty.
