Biography
Inoyatov Nodirbek Khayitboy ogli studied in the bachelor degree at Tashkent State University of Law from 2017 to 2021. In 2023, he has been a master’s student in Intellectual Property and Information Technologies at TSUL. From 2019 to 2021, he served as the university’s youth leader, receiving the title of “Best Youth Leader of Tashkent City” in 2019 and “Student of the Year” in 2020. During 2019–2021, as the chairman of the Young Lawyers Public Association, he contributed to raising the legal awareness and civic activity of youth.
In 2022–2023, he worked as the head of the “Yuksalish” Educational Center, in 2023–2024 as the chief specialist of the TSUL Legal Tech Laboratory, and since 2024 has been serving as a lecturer at the Department of Cyber Law.
His academic interests focus on intellectual property law, cyber law, Legal Tech, as well as the intersection of artificial intelligence and law.
His personal interests include sports (cycling and crossfit), reading, and teaching. His current research topic is “New Legal Subjects in the Digital Age: Prospects for Civil Law.”
Inoyatov Nodirbek’s research is mainly focused on intellectual property law, cyber law, and Legal Tech. He also explores the relationship between artificial intelligence and law, the legal regulation of new technologies, and the development prospects of legal subjecthood in the digital age.
With 4 years of teaching experience, Inoyatov Nodirbek lectures on several modern legal disciplines at Tashkent State University of Law. His courses include “Cyber Law,” “Legal Tech,” “Research Methodology,” “AI, Robots and Law,” and “Intellectual Property in the Digital Age.” Through these courses, he introduces students to the theoretical and practical aspects of legal regulation in the era of emerging technologies.
