Biography
Khushnazar is an accomplished legal professional with expertise in international law, insurance claims management, and cross-border legal matters. Since 2024, he has served as Claims Manager at Borderlanders INC, handling complex insurance claims and coordinating departmental operations. He holds both an LL.M. from Penn State Law and an LL.B. in International Law from Tashkent State University of Law. His diverse experience spans private sector legal consulting, diplomatic service, and international finance, with particular expertise in bilateral contracts, public procurement, and regulatory compliance. Khushnazar is an active legal scholar and moot court competitor, fluent in multiple languages, with a passion for international humanitarian law and criminal justice.
